Sharpen your skills (not the blade). Join us for a crash course in the most dramatic way to open a bottle of bubbly: sabrage.

We'll teach you how to safely saber a bottle of Champagne or sparkling wine, then it's your turn. Once you've mastered the technique, you'll celebrate by enjoying your bottle alongside some salty snacks designed for maximum happiness.

One ticket includes up to two guests, including a bottles of sparkling wine, one person doing the deed, and some salty snacks.

It's equal parts education, spectacle, and excuse to drink great sparkling wine. Class is in session.

Source Water Japanese Breakfast Edition Pop Up at Lost and Found

Chef Scott Malloy brings his cult favorite Japanese Breakfast Pop Up to the grounds at Lost and Found in collaboration with Retrograde Coffee.

Chōshoku Set is a tray full of miso-cured Trout, a steamy bowl of koshihikari rice, and a hot cup of miso soup with perfect little clams flavoring the broth with a rich oceanic flavor. Accompanying the main items are small dishes of pickles, a fluffy rolled egg omelette, tiny candied fish, and sesame-dressed bitter greens.

For our veggie loving and gluten free friends we have a Shojin Set comprised of yuba (thin sheets of tofu warmed in luscious soy milk), miso soup with textural nori, fluffy sweet potatoes dressed with yuzu miso, and a silky sesame tofu topped with fresh wasabi, shiso flowers, caviar-like tonburi seeds, and colorful nishiki sesame. Greens soaked in a flavorful vegan dashi, pickles, and koshihikari rice round out this vegan-friendly set.

We’re offering two a la carte options as well: Umaki, a rolled egg omelette stuffed with grilled and glazed eel from our friends in Maine; and Okayu, a creamy bowl of rice porridge topped with egg jam and furikake.

Kick off the Fourth the right way - sunshine, good food, cold drinks, and live music in the Lost & Found backyard. We’re throwing a full-blown backyard celebration from 11am to 4pm, with something for everyone. Live Music by The Cowpokes. Join us July 2 at 6pm as we crack open Valley of the Moms by Hannah Selinger. Our own Bridget Caldwell will guide the conversation, but don’t worry—no homework. Think less lecture, more gathering around a table with a glass of wine and people who like talking about books.
